  • Bootcamps

    If you’re looking for something more than a standard cardio workout, bootcamps are the answer. A physical training program that focuses on high-intensity exercises, interval training, weight lifting and a number of explosive routines, you will lose body fat, increase muscle tone and strength while getting in the best shape of your life.

    Bootcamps are great motivational tools. Giving you the opportunity to train outside, you’ll also be doing so with a group of like-minded people who are all focused on the same goal. Going to a gym by yourself and spending hours on the treadmill is enough to break anyone’s spirit. Having a team around you allows you to push yourself harder than you ever thought possible and achieve your goals in record time.

    As well as all these benefits, attending a bootcamp regularly will see a huge increase in your cardiovascular efficiency. You’ll be faster, fitter and more responsive, traits that can then be transferred across to any other form of training or sport. Seán comes to us from a tactical background, serving in the British Armed Forces within the Royal Engineers as a Bomb Disposal Searcher. Sean completed countless active tours and has taught thousands of international Troops as well as serving time supporting the Special forces, As part of Sean's role in the military he had to be physically robust and this is where he draws his knowledge and bases his training around it!

Seán come across as an easy going, happy guy but once the session starts you really start to see the military in him, sean is tough he will be your best friend and worst enemy all at the same time but will always have s mile on his face.

His motto "whats the point in being strong in the gym but weak in life" basically there's no point being massive if you can't bend down without injuring yourself!

Aside from the fires service Mitch has vast experience in the fitness industry boasting high profile transformation of clients that are in the public eye. For example James Argents rapid weight loss that handed him a double page spread in the country’s largest tabloid magazine NOW!

After finding a real passion for personal training and bootcamps Mitch set himself a new challenge when he found an enthusiasm for sports conditioning.  After spending some time in Las Vegas at Floyd Mayweather’s gym working with some of the top coaches within the industry he is now working towards the demanding and sort after level 4 Strength and Conditioning qualification. He now trains several athletes ranging from boxers to footballers.

The enjoyment and enthusiasm Mitch shows towards the fitness industry really shines through when you see his clients train as he pushes them and motivates them to train Beyond their Limits. This is why he continues to get results time and time again.

Kim is our Counsellor... now.... some people might find it unusual that a fitness company has a therapist but we know that a strong and healthy body can only be built on a strong mind!

Kim has been working in the emotional well-being industry for over 10 years and is a qualified BACP Accredited therapist, specialising in weight management and emotional eating. Kim has managed a number of highly successful services in Thurrock and continues to run a therapeutic service based in Grays.

Kim yo-yo dieted for most of her adult life and it wasn’t until she was able to recognise that her unhealthy response to food was as a result of emotional eating rather than hunger, that she was able to gain some control and sustain weight loss.

Kims fitness journey was coached by our very own Coach mitch Baldock and is an active member of Ab Salute gym and places huge importance on her own fitness and health.

I chose 'Beyond Limits' as I wanted to push my training to another level. I had lost weight and my fitness levels were high but I needed to tone and build muscle. I was given a meal plan to follow, designed personally to suit my requirements, that was delicious and so easy to prepare and organise. As I'm a busy working mum so this was important for me.

My training sessions can always be adapted for the goals and results I want to achieve but also challenging to push me to work that bit harder and try something new too. Every session is different so never boring and repetitive and as well as taken very seriously to train hard it's always with a smile of encouragement and some fun too!
